Our house is located in a quiet sunny location above the spa facilities.
Arrival and departure daily. Minimum stay 3 nights. Flexible daily occupancy possible on request.
Hikers are welcome – overnight stays for hikers possible on request from one night. Prices for this are available on request.
Pets are allowed (daily fee 5,00 €). Prior request is required.
The daily visitor’s tax is 2,50 € for adults.
Children under 12 years are free.
Payment
Payment is possible during your stay in cash or with your cell phone as a real time-transfer as far as your bank supports the procedure. After your booking you will receive a written booking confirmation together with a deposit invoice in the amount of 30% of the invoice amount.
Cancellation conditions for direct booking
Cancellation free of charge is possible until 60 days before arrival, after that 90 % of the travel price has to be paid as cancellation fee. Deposits already made will be refunded in full in the event of a cancellation free of charge.
In case of non-arrival or unauthorized early departure, our claim as accommodation provider to payment of the agreed price of the stay and charges for additional services remains.
In the case of vacation bookings via booking portals or tour operators, the deviating cancellation conditions of the respective booking portal or tour operator may apply.
Handover of keys
Please always contact us regarding the handover of keys in good time before your arrival by phone or email.
Limitation of liability
The regulations of the Kurverwaltung Bad Urach in the guest admission conditions apply.
